Required Annual Update to be completed starting ~ 7/01/25 - 8/31/25
Please DO NOT re-enroll your students - please use the Existing Student link - this option will be available 7/01/2025.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Primary households will not be able to use other features of their parent portal until the annual update is completed. Please use a computer to complete this if possible.
Each year the primary household is required to login to a parent/guardian portal and update/confirm all information for their students enrolled in a MASD school for the coming school year.
Please select More > 2026 Online Registration > 25-26 School Year EXISTING STUDENT REGISTRATION > Start
Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following information available to review in the annual update process. You will need to make sure to review all pleats by selecting: Next or Save and Continue and remember to hit submit at the end in order for it to register as completed.
- Household information - address and phone numbers (Please note: If your student has 2 or more households, you will not see the other parent/guardian's name or information in your portal during the update DO NOT ADD THE MISSING PARENT/GUARDIAN) Only the PRIMARY household (for census purposes) can complete the annual update.
- NOTE: Please make sure to review the Permissions to Share pleat as this is necessary to waive student fees if approved for Free/Reduced meal benefits. Make sure to select Yes, the school year and ALL the fees you would like waived.
~~If a secondary household wishes to apply for meal benefits, this is done electronically through that parent’s portal and is not linked to the annual update~~
- Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information - demographic, health/medication, and immunization information
- NEW: Grades 7-12 Non-Prescription Self Carry Authorization
- High school student parking - student's driver license number and vehicle make / model / year / color / license plate number (Secondary Car information if needed) The information provided will be posted to the students' parking information in Infinite Campus.
- Random Drug Testing Authorization for High School students/athletes/activities

- Emergency contact information - addresses and phone numbers
***BE SURE YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER IS TURNED OFF***
We have had numerous families not able to complete this process because their pop-up blockers were on.

Free/Reduced Applications are Online in Parent Portal
Additionally, The primary household has the option to share the permissions (waiver) with other fees issued districtwide when completing the annual update.

This option is selected yes/no on the household tab in the annual update, if this is not selected, no fees will be waived.

Secondary households can apply for meal benefits, however only the primary household can apply for the fee waiver.

NEW FEATURE IN INFINITE CAMPUS
REPORT AN ABSENCE
The student’s parent or guardian should report absences from school on a daily basis before 9:00 am
- Report absences by logging into Infinite Campus, either through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal App or from a computer (directions in link above)
- Once logged in, click More, then Absence Requests
- Select your student(s)
- Select the reason from the drop down menu
- Select the absence type
- Select the date(s)
- Add Comments
- Submit
- Failure to notify the school of a student’s absence within 24 hours shall be considered as truancy and handled accordingly.
- Students shall be allowed one day for each consecutive day of absence to complete and submit pre-assigned work. Students do not receive an extra day to complete work due to an approved field trip or pre-arranged absence. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm arrangements with teachers prior to a field trip or pre-arranged absence.
